Ø       Three (3) meals , Breakfast and dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday

Ø       Access to resort activities as well as Spa access

Ø       Service charges included for wait staff and room attendants

Rates are subject to prevailing New York State Tax.

1.       Children’s Rates sharing w/parents as 3^rd or 4^th occupants

Children 5 and Under        Free

Children 6-12                     $40.00   Per Child Per Stay

Children 13-17                   $70.00     Per Child Per Stay

2.       Crib / Cot Rental

Should any of your attendees require the use of a cot or crib, the following rental fees will apply:

Cot:                $15.00                per cot, per night

Crib:                $  5.00                per crib, per night

Rates are based on arrangements made “prior” to arrival.  Requests made on site will be subject to an additional $10.00 per night charge.

Rates are subject to applicable New York State tax.

RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be made (30) thirty days prior to the event date.  After the cut off date, or when your room block is filled, the Hotel will accept group reservations on a space availability basis.

Any and all cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the individual’s first night’s package price.  This charge will be posted to the Master Account or  the Individual’s credit card, whichever applies.

Individuals who are categorized as a "No Show" will be billed in full. This charge will be posted to the Master Account or Individual’s credit card, whichever applies.

Individuals utilizing purchase orders MUST provide a copy to the Hotel prior to check-in.
