Elaine H. Chang received her LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. Prior to her Georgetown University education, she received a Master of Law and Bachelor of Law degrees from National Cheng-Chi University Law School in Taipei, Taiwan. Before practicing law in the United States, Elaine Chang, Esq. had served as Judge and Public Prosecutor in Taiwan. She was also a Lecturer of law for Ming Chuan College, and Shih Chien College in Taiwan.
