Jeff G. Hwang is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of Pyramid Systems, Inc. (PSI), a professional and technical services firm specializing in providing services in the areas of management and information technology consulting, infrastructure management, and program and administrative support. PSI is an 8(a), woman-owned corporation. In 2005 and 2006, PSI ranked on both Deloitte & Touche’s Technology Fast 500 in Northern America and Technology FAST 50 in Virginia.

Since co-founding PSI in 1995, Mr. Hwang has led the company through a period of uninterrupted growth. Mr. Hwang has been one of the driving forces behind this growth, helping PSI go from a small one-person firm with less than $100,000 revenue per year in 1995, to its current state: As of 2007, PSI boasts 70 full-time employees and grossed just over $12.5 million.

As CEO of PSI, Mr. Hwang's primary responsibilities are in the areas of business development, operation, and strategic planning. Utilizing his 20+ years of information technology experience, background in business administration, and his keen management experience, Mr. Hwang has driven PSI on to success. In the past ten years, he has simultaneously established a solid, long-term reputation for the company with its government clients, and built an impressive management infrastructure to help PSI sustain and manage its own internal growth.     

Prior to co-founding PSI with his wife, Sherry Hwang, Mr. Hwang dedicated 10 years to the mortgage industry, where he provided consulting services and automated mortgage lending systems for mortgage companies.  

Mr. Hwang holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Chengkung University, Tainan, Taiwan.
