Alice Yang Yeh is the Director of Human Resources at Peace Technology, Inc. in Laurel, Maryland.  She is responsible for the strategic planning, study, design, communication, implementation and administration of company policies and benefit programs.  She received her Bachelor of Business of Administration degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and her Master of Business Administration degree from the Loyola University of Chicago.

Ms. Yeh is active in community services. She is a member of Leadership Montgomery and is a former president of the Organization of Chinese Americans, Greater Washington DC Chapter. In 1998, she was a local co-chair of the 25th National Convention of the Organization of Chinese Americans in Washington, D.C.

With her experience and knowledge in diversity matters and civic advocacy, Ms. Yeh has been a guest speaker to many organizations in the Greater Washington, DC area including BDM (now Northrop Grumman), AT&T, Leadership Montgomery, Leadership Maryland, Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) annual conference in Ocean City, Maryland and the Institute for Global Chinese Affairs at the University of Maryland, College Park.
