Mr. Jerry Chen is currently Vice President of Enterprise Services and New Initiatives for NeuStar Inc. He is responsible for enterprise wide system development and operations. Mr. Chen has over 20 years of experience in various IT and telecommunication fields. Prior to joining NeuStar, Jerry held key management positions with Broadband Office (an IP-based service provider), BellSouth, Lucent, and AT&T.

Jerry graduated from Chung Yung University in Taiwan and holds a Master degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago.
