北美台灣同學協會(TSA-NA)在1984年於北卡羅萊納州登記成為非營利組織， 主要以服務北美台灣留學生為宗旨◦ 我們將於今年2010年4月10日/11日(星期六/日), 在Johns Hopkins University Montgomery Campus舉行本協會成立以來首次的攬才會。

參與此次活動的同學預估有400人: 其中90%為碩士及以上的學歷; 此外, 雙語人才中更有多達25%能說三種語言, 5%的同學擅長4種語言! 此外針對學生資料庫分析發現: 36.66%為Business/MBA/Economics, 33.23%為IT related/Bio/Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical的人才◦ 我們期許本協會能成為同學與企業間的平台, 透過學生Database的分析及面對面攬才會的媒合, 為企業延攬對的人, 為同學創造就業機會◦ 北美台灣同學協會(TSA-NA)期待與您進一步聯繫說明。

我們有的是理想與熱情，然而坦白說做為一個剛起步制度化的團體，相當需要依靠當地組織資源及各位長輩們的指教及支持。同時也因為此目標，我們誠摯地邀請您支持我們。您可以提供實習或正式雇用的職缺，給予台灣學生一個機會。 您也可以以「個人」或「組織」的名義，一次性或不定期地小額贊助我們。這些小額募款聚沙成塔，對TSA-NA的目標，將能產生很實質的幫助。我們將開立收據給您致上深深的感謝，也可以帶給您Tax benefit。感謝您的支持! Please print the attached donation form and mail your check to TSANA.

I hope all is well with you and thanks for the time. This is Janice Lu, the Chief Officer of Great DC Area of TSA-NA.
The North America Taiwanese Students’ Association (TSA-NA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serve Taiwanese Student Associations in North America since 1984. TSA-NA is a professional group with highly diversified and educated members. As such, we would like to assist you in your recruiting process and will host a career fair at Johns Hopkins University Montgomery Campus on April 10/11(Sat./Sun.) 2010. TSANA could provide access to highly-demanded candidates since our profile contains several main characteristics:
• Over 90% of the students have either Master’s or Ph.D. degrees.
• Bilingual (English-Mandarin) human resource, 25% of which are trilingual and 5% of which are quad-lingual.
• Students of diversified backgrounds, especially in the following fields: business/MBA/economics (36.66%) and IT related/Bio/ Chemistry/Pharmaceutical (33.23%)
• Top 20 program students make up the majority of our student profile.

As a start-up organization, what we have are ideals and passion. However, we really need the support and the resources from local DC area organizations, especially the support from everyone one of you. Therefore, in order to carry out this goal, we sincerely invite you to support us. You may provide internship job openings or full-time jobs to give Taiwanese student career opportunities. In addition, we also look forward to your financial support in the name of individual or corporate.。The donation from you means a lot to TSA-NA, because we’ll have substantial support to go on.
